There is a secluded patio in the back yard. Especially handy are the massive, carpeted walk-in closets on the upper floor: 6x7 and 9x9. The hot water heater is a 40-gallon tank. Trash is $95/quarter. Sewer charges are approximately $106 a month. Electric service comes into the house via underground so there are no unsightly wires across the property. Basement footprint is 27x38.
