With decades of experience in residential real estate, I'm passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals. Growing up in Parsippany, NJ, I witnessed my mother's success with fixer-uppers, sparking my curiosity for real estate at a young age. After living in several different states, I relocated back to Delaware in 1984 to be closer to family and pursue my passion.

Most of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, a testament to the trust and satisfaction I bring to my work. The excitement of helping my clients discover the possibilities in real estate has never waned. While I have experience in managing properties, selling land, overseeing subdivisions, and working on commercial transactions, my expertise lies in residential real estate. I hold the GRI (Graduate of REALTOR® Institute) designation, which provides a solid foundation and in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. Additionally, I am a lifetime member of NCCBOR®'s "Million Dollar Club" based on my outstanding sales achievements.

My career began at Gilpin REALTORS® where I earned the coveted title of "Rookie of the Year.” I developed a strong understanding of financing options, grants, and programs to give my buyers an edge in the market. As a listing agent, this knowledge helps me accurately assess buyer qualifications and purchasing ability.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy running, the beach, landscape design, creative outlets, indoor plants, cruising, and spending time with my eight grandchildren. My husband, a retired union pipe fitter and Army Veteran, contributes his construction expertise to my real estate services.
