How Can Mike Help You?
About Mike Maloney
I chose to partner with Patterson-Schwartz because we have similar philosophies: exceed customer expectations and always be there to lend a helping hand! It’s very satisfying to help people with the challenges of selling, buying, or renting by making the process as easy as possible simply by being there when you have a question and using my many years of experience to guide you.
Before real estate, I worked at MBNA for 16 years in the Facility Management division (architectural detailing; office layouts and computer system administration) and Customer Satisfaction. Working with numerous contractors, I learned even more about construction, which I apply every day in real estate. Maintenance and repairs are enjoyable challenges for me. Faced with a hard-to-open oven door at a rental home, I grabbed a tool from car and returned to find the tenant’s toddler sitting and bouncing on the open oven door like a trampoline. It’s not always such a straight-forward fix.
My BS in Architecture from University of North Carolina at Charlotte is helpful because I can assist clients with understanding construction techniques and discuss potential maintenance items. When I’m not helping my clients, I enjoy taking my camera driving and exploring landscapes, unique buildings, or just any object I want to frame on a canvas.
With my attention to detail and commitment to excellence backed by PSA’s technology, tools, and family atmosphere. (PSA always has my back and they’ll have your back too!) Rest assured, we’ll get the job done for you! Let’s start a conversation today about how I can help.
