As a native Delawarean and graduate of the University of Delaware, I have the area "know-how" to help you navigate the local market. In addition to Delaware, I hold licenses in Pennsylvania and Maryland, ensuring that I can personally provide my customers with access to a wide range of homes and locations.

Professionally, I've completed advanced training as a Broker Associate and hold the designations of CRS, MRP, and e-Pro. I'm also a proud supporter of the Blood Bank of Delaware, Faithful Friends and Compassion International.

What is the CRS designation?
The Certified Residential Specialist is the highest credential awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field. This designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

REALTORS® who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Home buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS designees:
- Are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and
minimize costs when buying or selling a home
- Subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics
- Have access to the latest technology
- Have exposure to superior educational opportunities

What is the MRP certification?
The MRP certification is earned by those REALTORS® who wish to support and work with current and former military service members. The certification educates REALTORS® with regard to working with US service members, their families and veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs. It also ensures that military professionals are able to take full advantage of available benefits and support, including loan programs offered by area lenders.

What is an e-Pro?
The e-Pro certification is offered exclusively through the National Association of REALTORS® and provides graduates of this course with the tools and expertise needed to provide superior quality and innovative, online-based real estate services. This designation is specifically tailored to provide real estate professionals with the technology tools needed to assist consumers in the purchase or sale of a home.
