About Sonny Reeves

For over two decades, I've been involved in the interesting world of real estate, honing my craft with the local leader – Patterson-Schwartz & Associates.  This journey has seen me venture everywhere my clients need me from New Castle and Kent Counties in DE to southern Chester and Delaware Counties in PA, and even into Cecil County, MD. 

I pride myself on going above and beyond for my clients, so I’ve been known to step up to provide extracurricular odds and ends in certain situations. Remind me to share some of them with you, at the right time… 

My history before real estate began as a dishwasher-turned-cook-turned-manager at the old local establishment named Pappy's Family Pub. Loyalty was born and I was in the restaurant business for 14 years! As Pappy's faded into existence, I was employed at WL Gore & Associates working as a Manufacturing Leader in a Raw Materials Cell called Filled Products at the "Mother Hen Plant".  Talk about a dirty job; I think all of us wished there was a shower on site! Before I left Gore, I was contacted by an old pal from Pappy's who encouraged me to get into the real estate profession and I haven't looked back since. 

I'm happy to say loyalty to my clients is one of the qualities which makes me the proudest.  In 20 years, I haven't been afraid to get dirty to get the job done either! 

I'm also involved in community service and charities like Food Bank of Delaware, Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, and Ronald McDonald House. My church, where I was raised in, keeps me busy as well.
