With over 35 years of diverse experience in the real estate industry, Marguerite has held various roles, and for the past 26 years she's been an integral part of Patterson-Schwartz's Hockessin office, where her unwavering dedication to clients shines through from beginning to end and beyond. Licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania, she's earned a reputation for her patient, low-pressure approach and tenacious advocacy on behalf of her clients. Many have entrusted Marguerite with their real estate needs, making her a lifelong REALTOR® to numerous clients.
