Proud to be a REALTOR® at Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate in Dover. Carla grew up in Kent County, graduated from Dover High School and holds a Marketing Degree from Towson University. She retired as Chief of Staff from the Federal Bureau of Prisons in 2017. Carla relocated five times with the Bureau and developed an interest in Real Estate when she purchased and sold her own homes. What sets Carla apart is her people skills, diligence, and genuine interest in Real Estate by helping others find the best home to suit their needs. Carla also has experience in making selling your home a seamless process. As a Pricing Strategy Advisor, CarIa can help you determine the best price for your home. Carla earned the designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, or SRES®, which means she has received extensive training in helping home buyers and sellers aged 50. In addition to her work in real estate, Carla volunteers in the community. She is a Certified Tourism Ambassador in Kent County.
