Jenyne entered the world of real estate in 2016 with a clear vision: to establish herself as a trusted, knowledgeable, and collaborative force within the real estate community. Over the years, she has proudly represented a diverse clientele across Maryland's Eastern Shore, immersing herself in various real estate transactions. Jenyne's commitment to her clients, her meticulous approach to each transaction, and a proven track record of going the extra mile have earned her numerous accolades, including the Bay Area Association of REALTORS®, “Rookie REALTOR® of the Year”.

Service has always been Jenyne's driving force. Inspired by a less-than-ideal home buying experience her own family went through, she channeled her passion into ensuring that others have enjoyable and seamless real estate journeys. Upon discovering Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate's Chesapeake City office, Jenyne knew she had found a brokerage that perfectly aligned with her values, committing to support her mission for her clients and enhance their real estate experiences.

Raised in South America and Mexico, Jenyne is bilingual in English and Spanish, bringing a unique cultural perspective to her real estate practice. Not to mention, she's a master at crafting Tres Leches from scratch! Jenyne's journey includes earning a degree in psychology from the University of Valley Forge and starting a family of her own.

Relocating from Pennsylvania to Maryland's Eastern Shore in 2014, Jenyne and her family discovered their lifelong home. Embracing the vibrant community, they've become an integral part of local traditions, from attending festivals and celebrations to savoring the flavors of the Eastern Shore in its restaurants and coffee houses. Weekends are often spent steaming up baskets of crabs caught that very morning, making every moment a true celebration of community and Eastern Shore life!

Jenyne is now licensed in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
