About Albert (Skip) Homiak

Real estate is a powerful thing. Where you live becomes the center of your universe, your “home base”, and a place where memories are made. 

I have served the Delaware community for over 35 years, initially in law enforcement and later as an executive at the University of Delaware. Now, I’m excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate. With a passion for helping others, I am ready to assist with your home buying and selling needs. 

Throughout my professional career my reputation has been established based on my work product, attention to detail, fair & determined service, thoughtfulness, accessibility no matter the time of the day or night, and being communicative and honest with those I serve and represent. I pledge to apply those traits while serving you in all your real estate needs. 

Away from work, my wife and I have three rescue dogs, including two greyhounds and a Jack Russell Terrier — quite a contrast! I think we have the fastest JR on the East Coast since she tries to keep up with the greyhounds. We recently completed a large renovation project on a home we purchased; I have bought and sold several houses over the past 25 years. We have a large, blended family and enjoy taking trips to the Delaware beaches.
