About Kerry Kinard

As a former athlete and coach, I was trained in achieving success in both team & individual capacities. Those same concepts made up the foundation as I transitioned into small business ownership where clients described my service as honest and dependable. When working with buyers and sellers I draw on my professional sports training & evaluation background as well as my customer service experience to achieve successful and uncomplicated real estate transactions.
 
I have a long history at various levels of the basketball arena worldwide. I no longer play or coach, but I remain affiliated with evaluation aspects in the National Basketball Association as a consultant. Similar to achieving success on the court, I believe keeping your head in the real estate game requires consistent practice and collaboration, especially during challenging times. Studying trends and getting to know the players is what’s at the heart of my business.

In my life, I have always sought peace of mind both professionally and personally. Raised in York, Pennsylvania, I made New Castle, Delaware, my home after a sports career that involved nationwide travel. I enjoy spending time with my wife and adult twin sons and working in a career where I help others meet their goals.
