My professional reputation is one built on honesty, knowledge of the area, integrity, and a desire to please my clients.  I am your trusted advisor, negotiator, tour guide, and concierge all rolled into one!

 

I draw off of my background in Management within the Hospitality Industry, where I learned the importance of recognizing an individual's various wants and needs.  This helps me tailor my Real Estate business to each client that I have.  Additonally, I hold a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Wilmington University.  In the age of Social Media, it is important to have an Agent who can successfully promote your property on various platforms.  I have the experience and expertise necessary to do so.  

 

Growing up in Northern Delaware, my family and I spent our weekends driving to the Delaware beaches to stay in our family home.  Some of my fondest memories are centered around that time and I dreamed that one day I would make this wonderful coastal community my home.  Ten years ago I made that dream a reality and my husband and I couldn't think of a better place to raise our family.

 

As I observed the rapid growth of this beautiful coastal community that I call home, I felt compelled to become a bigger part of it as a Realtor®.  I am a full-time licensed Realtor® with Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors® and the Sussex County Association of Realtors®.
